The media’s laziness does not prove your point. The big 12 rules official was asked during media days if Horns down was taunting, and he answered yes. That’s it. No wording was ever added or changed in the rules. If it was, you’d be able to find it in the rulebook.

Don't act like Texas isn't bothered about the saying when they had the big 12 implement a new penalty due to their crying.
