Reveille outranking everyone is a satire of WWII. Dogs were legit members of the military, and, jokingly, were often highly ranked, since they needed someone to take care of them.

The military spends about $35mil per year on dogs and they're probably worth it.

I know this is the SEC board, but you essentially just walked into the room and yelled. We all think you're weird.
That said, it's nice to see someone explain the UT mindset vs ATM. We know they're the ugly step-sister, but someone at the SEC office is all superduper excited to have them. We, as fans, have no idea why.
