Buddy, Washington had two top ten draft picks and finished no. 2 in the country last year. Odds are you won’t be alive to see a&m accomplish either of those things
Also, you do realize Texas had a higher-ranked strength of schedule than all but one team in the sec last year right (which happened to be the sec champion that Texas destroyed in Tuscaloosa)?

Fact is that just like OU and Texas fans have been claiming. The SEC is a two tiered animal. Top tier is second to none by far. Bottom tier is pretty much about like the middle of the pack in any other conference.
SEC fans admit this by making those conflicting posts ("Texas' schedule is a joke"/"Texas is not SEC ready").

So lemme get this straight...you are saying since oklahoma beat your arse on the reg and dominated the conference, then lost to great sec teams in championship games, that they fear texas? Are you als0 saying the teams oklahoma lost to, texas would have beaten? Interesting logic.

Well, if you want to go with the success angle, I'd also add that we've taken on their standard bearers in recent years and beaten them instead of serving up the complete destruction that they expected, as you did. But that really just breeds the contempt, the fear is from the aggy thing.
