Bro, it was all about being greedy and sticking it to the Big XII. You are a very good program. But you are a poor fit for the SEC. It is nothing personal.

i absolutely agree 100%. we are strictly here for the money, not out of respect or kinship with any other SEC school. truly is nothing personal on our end either

Not at all, those are just facts. We've been a part of three different conferences in the last 25ish years, do you think we have some special association with this one?

I think the SEC broke something up that was actually pretty good out of pure spite and vindictiveness. Took advantage of a very bad situation (I can understand your bitterness towards UT). Much respect for A&M. But you are not an SEC team.

The Big 12 was a Frankenstein conference. The SWC was a great thing but never would have made it in today's college sports environment. We made a business decision to benefit ourselves and it appears to have been a good one

Incoherent babbling and personal attacks
Manufactured politics at the state and school level
You remind me of a recently divorced couple. They replaced the love with hate but still crazy jealous. They would always find each other at social gatherings and make a scene. A&M moved out of the town to get away but maybe y’all just need a few hours in a hotel room to work this out.

I think Texas might be force to accept the neutral site game with UT getting 2/3 of the tickets and Aggy 1/3'of the tickets.

The Big XII conference was a creation of Donnie Duncan. Little known fact that OU was as responsible for UT not joining another conference as Baylor.
What ended up happening is by 1999 Nebraska and A&M saw what the Big XII was becoming and wanted no part of the conference.
More importantly this is why OU will never allow the Big XII to break up unless Texas leaves with them. Nebraska is trying to pull KU and OU into the B1G without Texas and the SEC wants OU according to the SEC mouthpieces.
The Big XII could have and might actually work because the conference still has control over the most important state in college sports. California might have more population but college sports is not apart of the culture of the state as it is in Texas.
What is going to happen in the near future is that Oklahoma and Texas will increase revenue and other schools will not keep up because they are tied to the conference Model.
When West Virginia is making more revenue than North Carolina you know that the Big XII model works

Damn these whorns are a bitter bunch. They are so insecure about their conference and status in life that they troll other conference's messaging boards. Just go back to the hole in the ground that you escaped from and try to make something of your life. You should finally break your 3 yr streak of 7 losses. A&M hasn't done that in 45 yrs so i wouldn't know how that feels. You are only relevant in your own mind, and you can't seem to grasp that everyone else thinks your a stuckup douche that doesn't make our lives better. Go back to reliving the Vince Young years and stop wasting oxygen and take that whiny pseudotroll who is pretending to be an Aggie but is crying for the big 12.
