yes we would have, our staff had to work harder to take 5 of 6 from the ags

I think the most hilarious thing of all of this is the fact that all we heard from your players, coaches, and fans is how you were going to come in here and show people up. Kind of a "the SEC is not ready for Mizzou" type of thing. All this while the A&M players and coaches stayed humble through media days and worked their asses off during the summer. We went to work while all y'all did was talk shite as if you are the next big thing. Well, it all blew back in y'all face, didn't it?
First, let me say your posts in this thread have been mostly fair and sporting. I do draw the line at your above quote. No where have I read or heard any of our coaches talking smack about SEC teams. One player, yes, and he was reprimanded by the coach and most of the fan base. a-hole anonymous posters are the bane of all fan bases, aTm, included.
Most Mizzou fans and posters were hoping for a 7-5 season, or if they were really optimistic maybe 8-4. It is not out of the realm of reasonable expectation to still achieve a 7-5 record in the regular season. Whether it happens or not, I will always be a Mizzou fan.
What I am shocked about is some of your fan base that is acting like BEVO, with comments such as, "remember your place, " and "you can thank aTm for bringing Mizzou to the SEC." Excuse us for finding such hypocritical comments more than a little absurd.

Take your pick of the dude he was clearly better than - Cyrus Gray, Christine Michael, or Ben Malena?
Better than all 3 when he was healthy. He wasn't running behind 2 1st rounders either.

This. A&M is a better team than us this year. We are having a disappointing year in football. We will need the stars to align for us to win in Kyle Field. But let's stay within the realm of reality. We didn't ride any coattails into the SEC you frickin morons.

I am expecting a blowout (bout time we got ours against you all) but can't hide the fact that A&M stayed humble while Mizzou talked a whole lot. Agree with Aggies getting sip like but then again when you are told you will lose every game, I think some it is just fun and games, nothing serious.

Maybe the reason that you are shocked is because our fans are shocked at what we are reading from your Mizzou brothers on this board. Are they trolling? Perhaps. I've been trolling for a good portion of this thread, but I am shocked because I believe that some of the Mizzou fans actually believe what they are typing.
As for being arrogant and automatically making us like Bevo, well, all fan bases get arrogant when they start winning. Fan bases fluctuate. Prime example are the grinder critters. We will never be like Bevo. Those people live in an alternate world and think they are God's gift to football. That is not in our DNA.

I have no doubt that if the game is in any way close beyond the first quarter they will moral victory the shite out of it.

Who talked alot? One guys makes a comment about a game looking like old man football and that's talking ALOT?
I think you guys STFU because you figured you'd still be working out the kinks with a new coach, but now that it turns out you're pretty good you've all become a collective group of insufferable, bloviating, jizz jars. Act like you've been there before.
Nevermind, you haven't.

I'l admit there is a possibility that they hang around. We have not done well against spread teams this year. Ole Miss and LA Tech have very good offenses, but they do not go as up tempo as Mizzou. Good thing our defense is used to going against our offense every practice. Mizzou has some explosive players and that dude that plays defense, but I have a feeling that, just like Arkansas, our players really want this game.

Meh, we've only played one good spread team and they are MUCH, MUCH better than Missouri offensively.

Omg stop being cocky! Your team beat the #1 in the nation on the road against 100K + fans with a new coaching staff, new schemes and a freshman QB. How dare you act cocky on a message board!

This shows how retarded you are.
1. Those rosters were built for a team in the Big12 playing multiple games a year in TX.
2. This was before we've locked down our borders. This is a new development. Last year was almost a lock down, this year is almost a total lock down. This years class is the first of it's kind for MU, SEC move and seeing guys like DGB and Sheldon stay at home has been huge.

We'll see how that lockdown holds up after a 5-7 season.

You keep recruiting Missouri while we keep recruiting Texas and we'll see who wins more games.

We have become insufferable? You are just jealous because you know our team is on the rise and is all sorts of badassery, while your team rots in a pile of feces. Am I right, or am I right?

You are kidding, right?
I'm glad Mizzou came with us, but thinking that an offer to Mizzou is made as the 13th team is utterly fricking ridiculous.
