College Football stays the same. Every once in a while you get a clemson having a good year or two out of 120. The Blue Bloods remain in control (well, except Nebraska and Texas)

Umm...I think 2 ( possibly 3) straight national championship appearances and 7 straight 10 win seasons including 2x beat downs of “blue bloods” OU and OSU in Bowl Games (plus defeating Bama in the NC) qualifies as a better run than “one or two good years” my friend

Can't believe I am actually going to defend Clemson, but...
9 of Clemson's 11 wins this season are against teams ranked in the top 40. OU, not so much.
