As Arky found out today the SEC version of A&M is different than previous Big 12 or SWC versions.
A&M 3.0 is your superior. The sooner you accept it the easier your life will be.

In the long run and over time, what matters most to a team's success is access to talent.
That is what you saw today- coaching can get you pretty far, but better talent allows you to have more sustained success through coaching transition.
We now have better access to talent thanks to a SEC in-state angle. Arky can't move into Texas or rejoin the SEC.
