Lack of football knowledge is obvious. It's a backward pass Hank. Lateral implies parallel with the line of scrimmage. By rule, any pass that is not forward is backward. There is no lateral in football.

I'll give Rosen this, from what I've read, he sounds like he has a good time and enjoys the hell of out college life and the perks of being the starting QB at UCLA.
