I'm back after a brief foray into the OT lounge. What were y'all saying? Oh, we lost to Tech and they got smoked by Ole Miss.
All of this is true, but I think a few plays could have made the difference in the TT/Ole Miss game and you all know one big play would have made the difference in the Tech game.
Point is Texas is greater than or equal to this years Florida team.

Texas has a good team did not impress vs OSU. Florida held the best offense in the Big 12 to 14 points, 'nuff said. OU played great. OUs defense was much better than advertised and frankly if they played defense like they did against Florida, they would win in a rematch vs Texas.

If Ohio State could put up 200+ yards on the ground on the Texas D, imagine what Florida would have done. Texas' defense looked unimpressive the entire game... hell, the entire season.

yeah how many points did Texas give up to Oklahoma. Oh yeah a lot Texas wouldn't even stand a chance against a sub par Alabama team
