Willie Martinez. How the hell is this turd muffin still a DB coach in the SEC?

Willie Martinez is horrible. I didn't like him in his first stint at Tennessee and don't like him now. Pony up some $, and let's get Terry Fair back to coach the DBs.
Terry Fair as DB Coach:
2018 - His UT Defense averaged giving up 161 passing yards per game (#3 in FBS)...they averaged giving up 230 passing yards per game the year prior to his arrival (#72 in FBS)
2017 - His Colorado State team gave up 205 passing yards per game (#32 in FBS).
2016 - His Colorado State team gave up 177 passing yards per game (#9 in FBS).
2015 - His Colorado State team gave up 224 passing yards per game (#51 in FBS)...they allowed 275 passing ypg the year prior to his arrival (#114 in FBS).
ETA:
Under Martinez, UT's defense is currently allowing 332 passing yards per game (#129 in FBS).
