And y'all have a good trip back to Oxford tomorrow.

Agreed. I see us as a number 1 seed in the nit

If the SEC had better refs, UT wouldn't have a chance to win the game at all. Hell, at one point UT had shot 25 free throws to OM's 10. That's the only thing that kept 'em in the game. Don't know the final count, but the refs were hard on OM in the first half.

You're probably right. I hope you are wrong though.

We make the finals and we should be in. I don't trust Lunardi's assessments.

He still has State in. Which makes me question his intelligence.

He still has a few teams in that make me question his intelligence. He doesn't have a good bubble track record.

Ole Miss has a solid RPI but their problem is their record against the RPI top 50 and 100. Still, I think they should be in with a win over Vandy. Ole Miss fans should be rooting for Vandy, a win over Georgia wouldn't do much.

I think 21 wins with our RPI and SOS gets us in whether we beat UGA or Vandy.

There are no such things as "SEC basketball refs".
This isn't football.

and fwiw....Warren Nolan has our RPI at 55.

We are going to have to put our big boy pants on tomorrow. It won't be an easy game.

Best chance of beating Vandy is getting them out of their court.
We'll see.....but I do know that we really need a good crowd there to help give our guys some extra energy. I'd go if it weren't for work.

I'd go...if it wasn't 7hrs away. Gas prices are a bitch right now...for a gas guzzler.

While I think UT was getting more calls earlier, it's one thing to call too many questionable shooting fouls, it's another to miss that inbounds play. Charges/blocks/reaching fouls are always going to be on/off in physical games, but for the inbounds he was staring right at the play, Henry's face bounced backwards. I'm not sure how you miss that. Just shitty reffing.
The funniest call was the double foul on the charge/block. That's not even fricking possible. They were just making shite up there.
(ps, I thought it was a block. Maymon moved when he was airborn.)

Yes it was a bad call. But it's hard to say for certain that it cost Tennessee the game. Tennessee could have missed a simple jump shot or a 3. That's my only gripe about the bitching on that call.
