With that said, everyone deserves a 2nd chance. He was 14 and fell into peer pressure of an 18 year old. He has never been in any other trouble and has a 4.0 GPA.
My first thought was what in the hell, but I'll trust the University's decision.

I never said that and neither did anyone else, and you need to stop changing your fricking story you. Either he raped her or he didn't. What he did was DESPICABLE, but he didn't rape the girl. He refused any involvement other than duck taping her - which was still stupid as shite - but he didn't rape her. That doesn't make it okay, but you certainly shouldn't be prancing around like the little bitch claiming that "UT SIGNED A RAPIST!!! UT SIGNED A RAPIST!!!!", while conveniently leaving out two important details:
1. He was 14 when it happened (which blows the "I remember when people stopped recruiting him because of this" bullshite stories)
2. When asked to do more than he had already done, he refused (keeping in mind that the other guy involved was an 18 year old) He no more "raped" that girl than Bo Jackson could speak without a lisp.

He went and got a plunger and cellophane and then helped another person ductape his cousin up so he could watch her be raped with the plunger he had retrieved. WTF is wrong with you?

Im really amazed at this how anyone could blow this off as a childish thing.
