Yes it will make a statement in a blowout before the biggest statement in years happens the next week against Bama. We are slowly leveling pir statement wins up this year.

Look, LSU can bitch about a lack of depth all they want (they do it when it suits them) but the fact of the matter is all through the spring and summer, they crowed about how they scored in the transfer portal and they routinely pointed out their "8th ranked roster".
LSU has an unclutch, tired head coach but superior athletes.
LSU's athletes win this game in the second half. That's just how it is.
