Third one looked like a pretty soft holding call compared to some of the stuff that we get away with

About the officials.
Their complaints should lie with the discipline of their players and how they are coached.

1st was obvious and right in front of the ref.
2nd was not as obvious, I'm guessing it was a bad formation? I don't think I've ever seen one called on a WR before.
3rd one was obvious hold right in front of the QB.
Tennessee has no valid complaints.
This. The first one probably could have been called a false start. Dude moved and didn't reset prior to the snap. The second one needs some explaining. Never heard of an illegal receiver downfield being called on a WR. The third was an easy holding call.

That's because, if they are on the line of scrimmage inside the outside WR, they are treated like an O-line player. If they take a step off the line of scrimmage, they are treated like they are in the backfield. It's weird, but it's the rule.

I get the idea that our WRs had probably been doing that for weeks and it wasnt being called. Seemed like the refs in this game had been told to watch for Tennessee procedural issues

Yep. Essentially, the wideout on the line of scrimmage wasn't actually the "out", he was bracketed by another player who was also on the LOS. In essence, he's a tackle, and therefore ineligible to be downfield. Had he been a step off the LOS, assuming there were enough on the LOS, he'd have been eligible.
I didn't understand it at the time. But it's a clear rule, and a massive mistake by the WR.
