Let me see we have all of the southern states with 10%+ unemployment and you are shocked tickets are not selling out? We are in the worst economic recession since at best the early 80s at worst the 30s. It is not surprising that tickets are not selling out.

Auburn didn't seem to have a problem filling seats vs. La Tech.

I went to the game; and yes we did. There were many empty seats in one upper deck corner.

William and freakin' Mary! Fans in the commonwealth cannot be very happy with that.

Looks like Virginia might have a job opening after this year.

It's flat-out un-American for a big-time SEC program to not sell out...the unemployment-recession excuse is for wusses.

I'm willing to say that Richmond has better players than Duke.

I was at the game saturday and i find it hard to believe there were that many empty seats... i was gonna guess 500-600. but it was the part of the stadium the opposing team usually fills up and WKU brought the fewest # of fans as i've ever seen. i heard next weeks tickets against UCLA are really hard to come by!

Granted, the Cavs have been terrible the last three seasons, they were pretty good for a while there under Groh. They were certainly down when Groh took over for George Welsh. I don't know what's happened up there lately. Groh's days are certainly numbered.

I was sitting just to the right of the jumbotron right under the first flagpole. those were the only empty seats in the whole place.

Auburn still has season tickets for sale, plus some single game tickets..

A 7-game season ticket is now available. The 7-game season ticket is the only way to get Auburn/Alabama tickets! Select single games are also on sale.

What's up B-I-L?

How were the Virginia Tech fans?

I've heard countless stories they were some of the biggest pricks around. Probably not so much that they lost.
