Definitely a swing, but it’s close and I understand why not called in real-time speed.

Tennessee definitely didn’t “cheat”… they got the good fortune of a borderline call that went their way…. It happens in baseball.

The score didn’t change on that pitch BTW

I don’t disagree with that… it was clearly a swing/strike.

I’m just pointing out that the score didn’t change on that pitch.
