My thoughts are it's very likely that football and basketball become separate organizations at major schools.

Not once the athletes are classified as employees which will happen via a union. The union will have every athlete employees.

I explained as simply as I could what Spyre Sports is. You still don’t seem to get it.
Nonetheless, Spyre Sports as an entity will be considered a booster by the NCAA because the two guys behind it are boosters. You may think that Spyre Sports not being an actual person is some kind of gotcha, but it is clearly not. When someone gets pulled over for speeding the person driving gets the ticket. Not Ford, Chevy, Toyota or whoever made the vehicle. It will be the same with Spyre, the NCAA is going to pay attention to who is driving. And those guys are Tennessee boosters.
