My vote goes to Deshaun Watson, for one simple reason, he wasn't a gimmick player like Tebow was.

Cam is garbage in the NFL. Pure talent will only take you so far, at some point you have to put in the work.

Quote “Tebow isn't even the best Heisman qb the gators produced”

Actually if we go back much farther in time, it is a miracle that Tim Tebow made into infancy. His Mom was encouraged to have an abortion and at times was pressured into having an abortion. She resisted however and Tim was born and allowed to live. Just think what would not have been had been aborted. I wonder how many future Herschel’s, Bo’s, Roger’s have been aborted not to mention engineers, doctors, teachers, nurses etc.

I am glad that Pam and Robert Tebow resisted the advice to have the baby aborted and that they produced a man who has been an inspiration to millions.

I'm not though. I had a couple of IPAs and my lack of empathy for Clark shined through.

I apologize.

Tim Tebow could've also turned out to be the next Jeffrey Dahmer, so let's not act like every fetus ever aborted would've been the next bastion of a civil society.

At the time, Tebow was widely regarded as the best of all time. He is the best college QB I've ever seen.
Most people revision him down because of the ESPN NFL denigration he received.

Dak > Tebow. This is why Dak still has a job in the NFL. College is an internship and those that succeed at the highest level get good jobs.

Tebow is the equivalent of Josh Booty, but not as good at baseball or football as him.

Certainly don’t want to make anybody angry but was just pointing out that his Mom and Dad made a courageous decision at the time.

It gives a bit of context to his background and why his faith is so important to him.

I still think Charlie Ward is the greatest college QB of all time.

Tebow was fantastic, and is probably top ten.

Cam Newton loses a lot of credit for only having one good year. You need to play two or three to be considered elite. If we’re just judging by best QB seasons of all time, he’s top five for sure.

We have a few players playing right now that could be making a claim to that title right now. Ones at Bama and one's at Clemson.

A bit too early to say that. Plus with Bama, Clemson the QB looks better than he really is because the talent around him is so good. That is why those QB’s often struggle in the NFL where everything else is equal.

I should have said by the end of their college careers. You made a fair point. If both of these guys get a pair of MNC's and bot can get a Heisman that's pretty strong. There are many times in college football actually have the opportunity to play against each other. This is a good time as a fan.

And to think, I used to have the GOAT college football QBs cell number on speed dial.

“The voice mailbox of ‘Timmy Tebow’ is full. Good bye.”
