Leach was not good against his rivals at Texas Tech either. 2-8 against Texas and 3-7 against Oklahoma (albeit, his 3 wins came in his last 5 years there). I think that's why they went with Tuberville after Leach departed, but he was a chronic underachiever at Tech that never showed up in big games there.
While at Tech, Leach was atleast 7-3 against A&M though, which is shocking considering A&M tore that conference UP when they were in it (or at least would try to convince you that they did for how much they try to shite on the Big 12)

Plate, were you in Starkvegas when the JFF mike Evans show came to town? Fun times. You were either too young, too poor, or would Ike to forget I bet. The fans I met at the game were pretty cool until they all left in the 3rd quarter
