Is it me or a team plays bama they beat down the next team they play.

Depends, there have been scenarios where they're so demoralized they don't perform well at all. (i.e., LSU last year.)

I was wanting to do a little research on this, like teams do X the week after they play UA, compared to what? The week after their first lost? Couldn't think of a good comparison yet so it's still in the works.
I'm sorry, I misread the OP. I thought you were talking about teams getting beat down the week after playing UA.

Last night was the first time I can remember us having any steam after the Bama game since '11.
