Why is the offensive player allowed to lower the crown of the helmet at the defender and the defensive player gets the penalty. It's such a bullshite rule.

Not to mention half of these calls come from the offensive player falling down when the defender is already in the process of going for the tackle

This is the correct answer. Even the announcers in the booth and the rules expert agreed with the call
