Y'all will never win anything with Sherman. I'd just cut bait and hire Gus Malzahn or Dan Mullen.

Is beating Ole Miss winning "something"?

I think all things being equal, I think many many coaches would have a tough time winning anything at MS State. I mean, come on.

On campus visit is like a visit to Jays BBQ and a ride around to Dairy Queen.

I'm sure he'll stick around for about three more years.

Gives you 25% the 2003 SEC West Championship. You'd think it would be 33%, but Ole Miss had 50%, so you're just taking a cut of theirs, so you only get 25%.

Also, here's a celebratory sidewalk and an arch. Got a forest where we can install it?

Sherman has a bunch of years left on his contract but don't let that fool you. His buyout is very reasonable if it comes down to that. As of right now he makes just over 2 million i believe.

If he can get the right D coordinator there is no reason to think he can't be successful in the SEC though. Verdict is still up in the air regarding Tim Deruyter.

Last in the West, unless Pinkel joins and makes less.

I think Pinkel is at 2.5 and Sherman is at 2.2 to be exact.

So Sherman would be last in the west in that regard.

After the Fran debacle we were very cautious about throwing money around at a new coach.

Who gets raises in the SEC after a 9-4 season?

If I'm Sherman I would demand a raise to at least eclipse Houston Nutt.......

Question:

When was the last time aTm finished better than 9-4?

Why are you concerned with this then?

Easy. Because I do not see it happening with most schools that want to improve their programs
