My logic with the thread is that after our game, your best opponent you get at home. The only other test being @LSU. Two very winnable games for UGA.
Not sold on Florida. But they could turn into a challenge, obviously. Depends on their QB play
ETA: before you even say it (since it can be construed that way) I don’t mean Auburn is the best opponent other than us. I meant Auburn is the best opponent, period.

And I'm disagreeing with your assessment. For where LSU falls on our schedule, they are more dangerous. Their starting 22 is better. (They have two guys projected to go in the first round of the draft.) They are at home also, which has been a tougher place to play historically. You are first up, you are considered the biggest road block we have in terms of getting to Atlanta (you might be the second best in the East, could be Florida), we have been told to be careful with you all season long. You won't be overlooked. LSU might be if we trot in there undefeated and just feeling like Atlanta is a given at that time.

D,JD. I'm responding to that. Auburn has a better roster at this point, but will be coming to Athens. Could be more dangerous if the East is already wrapped up by then.

Going to have to say going to Missouri is not going to be an easy game either. South Carolina, LSU and Auburn are all games that have me worried and Crown Royal happy, because those tight ballgames means the more I hit the Crown harder. Then the house moves and I fall down.
