The only exception I can really think of is Day at OSU

And Riley at OU. Even Miles at LSU. As a general rule it's an easier transition when you take over a team where the previous coach left for a better job on his own rather than be fired for poor results.

He’s obviously not using them. They are just there.

His quarterbacks coach tries hard to sound slightly ghetto and get cool points with the QBs and its the funniest shite Florida looks like if you scratch the logo too hard there would be a ULL Ragin Cajuns logo lurking underneath it. I like Napier as a coach, but there is something missing with him.

Sun belt billy was a bargin bin mistake but he does have as many national titles as Brian Kelly so it isn’t like lsu did much better

I think Billy will turn it around if he hires a new Gamechanger Coordinator.

I watched several of his games at UL. His offense is always going to be run heavy but with a good QB he knows when to call his shots downfield. He doesn't have that with Richardson right now.

I think he's a good coach. Give him at least some time, right? Time will tell if he's the right coach for Florida.

Crazy how LSU fans are talking the Gator fans off the ledge but Napier deserves time. I personally think he’ll bring back Florida. There’s too much resources and Miami and Florida State are trending downward, despite the initial hype. I’d lean toward Gators landing some of the regions highly coveted recruits and Napier establishing a culture there. Florida has an elite brand, top notch fan base, and then some. It’ll earn its way back to elite prominence. They’re likely landing the top defensive recruit of next year for a reason. I foresee Georgia, Tennessee, LSU, Florida, and Alabama leading the way in the coming few years as playoff contenders.
