When you point out to Florida fans that Mulllen's roster after he left still had a lot of talent on it:
What? It wasn't that good. He got all the four stars Georgia, Bama and FSU didn't want.

Mullen's team after he left had a lot of talent, but that doesn't mean there were massive holes after he stopped recruiting mid-2020.

LSU and florida were left in pretty similar situations. No excuse for those results at a place like florida.

It’s actually funny that you compiled that because basically every highly successful coach in the SEC does something notable before year 3, from Saban to Smart and everyone in between. They shouldn’t take time if you’re doing things the right way

I didn’t think he was a great hire, especially given the brand Florida is, but I didn’t think he’d be the trainwreck it’s become.

The UAA (our athletic department) just gave him a 6 figure performance bonus this year
