That's an IM barcode that is applied to envelopes prior to mailing usually for businesses or other destinations of high mail volume. The USPS does not apply them

Makes no difference who wrote it. Was totally unnecessary. Anyone who follows SEC football knows what kind of coach he is. He sucks, black ,white or green. If UCLA is all he got he will not make it to the end of the season.
