Not really awesome... kinda sucks but working for state does not pay me enough honestly. The only way to move up in pay is a masters in what my current degree is in. Only I no longer wanna do that, teaching gets me 3 months of vacation a year and pay is not as horrible as people make it out.
Plus I could write a book or something and supplement my income like most professors do.
