Which one's? Don't tell me you really think LSU was interested,

He just interviewed at Florida State not that long ago.

I have no doubt they put feelers out. Doesn’t mean he was their first choice but again we can stop pretending he’s slumming and nobody wants him. He’s been mentioned on the short list for OU.

He saw that shitshow and was like “Nah, I’m good”.

Again, y’all are way to desperate to discredit someone you don’t care about.

I'm not discrediting anyone. He's done a good job at Kentucky. I just think it's foolish to really think a "big boy" program would really want him. Oklahoma isn't hiring him, nor are they interested. LSU wasn't either.

Congrats to Stoops, he leveraged this into more than just himself. Getting better facilities, staff pay raises etc.

While he is not Nick Saban by any means, he took over a dumpster fire from Joker Phillips that Vandy used as a whipping boy and now we are using Louisville for that.

I thought he would stay because LSU wouldn't have the patience for a re-build and their fan base wanted a big splash hire. We both got what we wanted.

I think it all worked out for the best for both schools.

Stoops saw what happened to Mullen. Sometimes the grass isn't greener.

True, though Mullen's problem was he didn;t water the grass.

Stoops is a solid coach for UK.

He probably has the best situation in all of college football.
