mizzou and auburn were both 12-2 tied for the best record in the sec.

I don't care what Missouri's record was. They weren't the 2nd best team out of 14 in the SEC. You can have your opinion and I can have mine, but IMO LSU, Alabama and a healthy UGA were all better than Missouri.

Blame that UGA guy who tried to intercept the ball for no reason or Cade Foster for being born, they're the buffoons who let Auburn slide into a title game they had no business in.
Of course I strongly suspect FSU would have beaten Alabama too sadly.
FSU was the best team so the streak was probably gonna end no matter what.
