Are you saying he was not a woman beater?

No. I'm not.
I'm pointing out your hypocrisy of calling him a woman beater regarding his arrest in Tuscaloosa after saying an arrest doesn't prove guilt.

And Metchie nor Williams could do anything anymore either, so what is your point?

Sure they could. They were with the team, took part in team related activities, etc.

I keep telling you he is a woman beater based upon Georgia.
You just going to ignore that? Act like it didn't happen?
And it was after THAT that Alabama picked him up.
You pick some strange hills to die on.

Williams took part in team activities after he was injured?
I just saw him standing on the sideline. What participation did he take part in?

Metchie didn't practice. What activities did he take part in? Wait! He traveled to the game! Along with 30,000 other Alabama fans. Maybe they should be counted, too!
They took part in team activities, too! They went to the game.

Georgia freshman that was prepared for his chance when it came.

Not sure if you noticed #47. He was our walkon safety that played in the game and helped Georgia beat your team.

Nonsensical to say you miss the production of a player not on your team.

He went from Leading sack master on the team to off the team?

That proves our team lost very important production.

Georgia didn't allow Pickens to play 20. They preferred to play other players.

Not UGA's choice as his Parents, surgeon, and PT made the reasonable decision to go forward on a snap count.

Otherwise, he plays for 55 plays, which is almost 40 more than he played.

Didn’t that walk on safety play all year and a projected starter this year?

Played most of the year. He is tentatively slated to start, but we have a ton of young guys trying to break into the lineup. If I had to guess, Dan Jackson, (The guy you are talking about) will get beat out. Don't get me wrong....I actually like him and feel like he did a really good job. I also think he will get a lot of playing time, but I'm not sold he will keep the starting job.

But you posted his Tuscaloosa arrest in bold when calling him a woman beater, not the Georgia arrest.
If you presume he is innocent of the arrest while at Bama since he was never convicted and the charges were dropped...why did you post it?

Were the players standing on the sidelines who didn't play in the game not part of the team?
Anderson wasn't.

Thanks for confirming he was off the team.
You want to count production from someone who isn't a part of the team.

Is that what confused you?

What do you think about this?

quote:

Here are the details from his 2nd UGA arrest: The police report said the victim had "visible scratches and red marks to her neck and bruises on her arm and leg." The reporting officer wrote he determined that Taylor "had offensively used his hands to choke her and had also struck her several times with a closed fist." and Bama still took him. Shame Shame Shame.

Did it go something like this...they decided to allow Pickens to play 7 snaps at GT, then 20 against Bama a week later, then after a month and a week they got together and decided that, in maybe the biggest game he would ever play, that they would dial him back to 18? That's absurdly funny.
You said he played 64 against Bama the previous year and if that is an indication Bama was unlucky he didn't play more.

Even if he was off the team, then “missing production” was also confirmed.

Only one confirmation of those two is relevant to the “missing production” discussion we have been having.

He was on pace for 1500 yards with JTD in 2020. Why do you never respond to this point?

“Easing back into it” with a “snap count” is common for people in Pickens situation, which includes a 1) recent ACL procedure and an 2) upcoming nfl combine and draft.

Hell, it’s common for people who don’t have the big pay day almost guaranteed.

To laugh at THAT further proves how clueless you are about just about everything.

There is no obvious heir apparent. He will play a lot for us most likely, but a bigger and faster player could emerge to take a lot of his PT.
