I don’t think most people here would take being an alcoholic and 2 time NC. I just expected you to be one of the few that would. Thanks for being honest about it.

Damn, this escalated. I sincerely doubt you can be even a functioning alcoholic and get through one national championship season, let alone two, especially with the fact of the coaches always being willing to replace you.
Or, he could just be a guy who worked his arse off for several years, and now was finally able to let it down, and drank too much on a Saturday night.
I mean getting wasted is probably a Tuesday fro 90% in here and based on your profile, you apparently chose to live in a state where teetotalism isn't too widespread.

I hardly ever drink, as in I go weeks without drinking anything, and I could have been arrested multiple times in my younger days for public intoxication.

1.Bennett is slated to graduate this spring.
2. There are tons of college graduates that are not successful and are addicted to alcohol.
3. Your assumption that one arrest for being drunk equates to an alcoholic.
Your carefully worded question is at best strange and at worst a bad attempt to paint a damaging narrative.

Didn't your school recently sign a player that beat a woman down and kicked her while she was laying on the ground?
Would you rather be a fan of a school that just won back to back National Championships or one that signs woman beaters?
