I think they had a ton of injuries last year.

Grant followed Gottfried, Anderson followed Pelphrey.

you start off with facts, then pass a prediction off as facts as well. easiest way to get your opinion discredited imo.

I'm coming out with a preseason baseball ranking later today. Just wait, the butt hurt will be glorious. CNB may even return to the board.

Bahahahaha are you kidding?

Gottfried left Grant a total dumpster fire. We FIRED Gottfried during the season. Our roster was awful.

I like Bama's energy so far this year and the outside shooting is better than it's ever been under Grant but they need to develop a stronger post game to be a serious contender.

UK is in a league by itself.

you really want to dive into Gottfried and Pelphrey's resumes?

Alabama has taken baby steps. They are clearly better than last year and more fun to watch, but they have to (a) win a road game and (b) beat a good team before I given them any sort of benefit of the doubt.

They have the opportunity to do both Saturday @ Xavier.

St. LOUIS also lost to a horrible Texas A&M CC... they have struggled against other horrible teams... and will likely not go to a tourney this year... I've also seen every SEC team play a couple of times at least.. you don't have a very good team bro. Ole Misses schedule is slightly more impressive than yours btw.

Grant didn't inherit 2004 Alabama. He inherited 2009 Alabama. Huge difference.

This is like saying Lane Kiffin had a gravy train at Tennessee because Phil Fulmer won a national title in 1998.

Agree, both coaches have proven zero at their current schools and until further notice are mediocre at best.

uf basketball is getting the early season lsu football treatment right now. really shitty team that people automatically think should be elite, when in fact they just suck

does it ever get exhausting playing Rant police? takes literally a second to skip over a post you don't want to read.

I've watched a lot of early season SEC games and I really do think the conference is much better than it was 2-3 years ago.

The mid-level teams (Alabama, LSU, Mississippi schools, Georgia) are not great but they are solid big conference teams. That was not the case 2-3 years ago outside of 4-5 teams.
