there is no bashing the LSU D.

yes they got gassed in the second half but that is squarely on the beyond bland playcalling. LSU allowed itself to be one dimensional, a run attack only. Cheat the safeties, stack the box, and you have a gassed defense.

Both sides of the ball protect one another. LSU's playcalling hurt their defense.

Overall, the defense did well.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Looked like 3rd and Steele down the stretch. If it wasn't for a bonehead delay of game penalty and a crap kicker the "Steele Curtain" would have lost the game.

I don't see a problem with your defense at all.

If ASU had WR's that could catch A&M would have lost.

Starting a thread on here about LSU's defense is like hanging a dildo from a tree while a radio plays Cher's top hits.

Aggies can't resist.

MSU dropped the game tying 2 point conversion. MSU wins that ballgame if that happens.

A&M won by 21....

Oh how your talking points keep changing. Sucked at Baylor. He isn't even a coach.

hg brings up changing talking points?

I wasn't expecting so many threads about how good you guys are.. It's just one game after all. Isn't that the rule around here?

Did they even get to 3rd down in the 2nd half?

Nah, they had 15 possessions in the first half...
Don't worry, I remember the first time I footballed.

Um actually, um.
Chavis 14' 34 points and 570 yards,
Steel 15' 19 points and 378 (43 rushing)

LSU had an average 3rd down conversion % of 33.97 in 2011. Don't read too much into one game versus a rebuilding team.
