Gotta hit City Market during the week though. They cheat a bit on the weekends with a Southern Pride smoker to keep up with demand.

I never give props to anything that comes out of the state of Alabama, for good reason, awful state...
HOWEVER,
Alabama white BBQ sauce >>>> anything Texas BBQ

there is a new semi-Texas style bbq place in Panama City Beach that rivals Archibalds in Tuscaloosa in terms of quality. This place deserves support. Its close enough for the 30a crowd as well. Its called Back Beach BBQ.
Rivals Archibald's?

aTm brisket boyz would be doing themselves a disservice to not go by Archie's for a rack of pork ribs this weekend

you clearly missed the sarcasm. i prefer mesquite and cherry for my brisket and smoking it around 240-250. i rarely go to a restaurant and pay for BBQ because mine is better than most. Plus it is fun to drink beer all day tend the fire.

I did. There have been way too many bad hot takes on BBQ. Its hard to tell the fake ones from the real ones.
