Bunch of talking heads at ESPN are gonna be astonished when Vandy somehow beats both A&M and Bama in this game.

The old black guy at archibalds can cook a pig better than anyone in Texas can cook a cow

There's a Lexington, Texas that's known for barbecue? How odd. Both Lexington, Kentucky and Lexington, North Carolina are famous in barbecue circles.

The Lexington in Texas (population 1200) has far better bbq than both of those places.

You thinking of the fairly new place? I have heard of it, but can't remember the name.

This Place?

Pork is trash compared to beef. I mean seriously, there's nothing wrong with it, but there's nothing right with it either.

Well, I'm not going to take your word for it because Texas barbecue fans are notorious liars, fools, and self-aggrandizers, but I will pretend to respect your opinion on the matter. Cool?

And I'll say the best BBQ in Texas is in Spring.

All 3 statements just may be true on a given day. So much good bbq in this state of the last 5-10 years.

Wrong, it's in Lexington, Texas
Snow's cannot be beat.

The second best used to be in Taylor but not since Bobby Mueller passed. It's now a toss up between John Mueller in Austin, the original Cooper's in Llano, or Smitty's in Lockhart. Haven't had Truth's in Brenham yet so I don't know where it falls.

Truth is very good, great sides, homemade cakes. But I’ve eaten a lot of barbecue in my life and the guy that’s cooking the brisket at lj’s is a wizard

Seriously, is there any such thing as bad BBQ?
