You have the aptitude of a 3 year old. Please tell me why the outcome of the said Kentucky game makes aggies the favorite.

You mean attitude?

Nope, he meant aptitude and you just confirmed it for him.

I was gonna bet State, but, if you say your fricking punter is the shite, than I guess I better bet Aggie?

Never heard that one before.

I wouldn't change my bet because of it, but punting does play a big role in a likely defensive battle.

You mean attitude? We have only lost to Alabama and Clemson, giving both teams their closest game of the season. Lost by 3 to Clemson.

aTm barely beat 2-6 Arkansas and 3-3 USCe. I've never seen a fanbase prop up their team based on 2 LOSSES quite like this before. It's even funnier when 1 of those losses was by 3 scores.

I know that Mobilehoma has no clue what a real defense looks like, but A&M has the 4th best run defense in college football and Mississippi State has the 2nd worst pass offense in the conference.

A&M will be by far the best offense that Mississippi State has seen all season.

This year the Texas A&M D is very solid against the run. You think cross eyed Fitz gonna beat us with his arm? LOL

Ole cross eyed Fitz has made a bitch of the Aggies every chance he has been given, no one is expecting that to change, hence the line.

Until we stop allowing garbage scores after we've put the game out of reach, this will continue. Case in point:

A&M goes up 24-10 late against Arkansas, then allows a garbage touchdown and has to pick the ball off to seal a 24-17 win.

A&M goes up 26-16 with less than 1:30 left against South Carolina, then allows a garbage touchdown and has to rely on a failed onside kick to win.

Last years game was really demoralizing as an Aggie fan. MSU literally just ran the ball down our throat and did whatever they wanted to. Defensively shut us down. I think we threw like 3 interceptions.

It really showed how soft Sumlin coached teams are. Jimbo and Elko have been major upgrades and it’s been shown by the stats.

This year I think we match up well defensively. I don’t think Fitzgerald will beat us with his arm, as LSU laid the blue print for success. And somehow this year A&M has a top 5 run defense.

However I’m not sure how Mond will do against MSU’s defense. He was terrible in last years game. Mond has been very average this season. Oddly enough his best game was against Clemson and their defense.

I think the Vegas line is perfect. Maybe something like 17-14, 24-21 going either way.

It’s a legitimate point. He is a game changer. He destroyed us all night. We’re not talking 5 yards a kick better than the other guy. It’s more like 20 yards past the return man. His numbers are literally historic. He has the chance to have the best single-season punting in the history of the college game. Yes, he has to be accounted for in a spread.

Kentucky didn't run a single play in A&M territory in regulation. The same Kentucky offense put up 28 points on Mississippi State.

Not relevant. Football is about match ups. Transitive property doesn't work bud. State can run the ball and will run the ball on the Ags.

Clemson averages 253.7 rush yards per game. A&M held them to 115 yards.

Kentucky averages 231.6 rush yards per game. A&M held them to 70 yards. Mississippi State "held" them to 229.

A&M averages 204.3 yards per game. Ran for 164 against Kentucky. Mississippi State ran for 56 yards against Kentucky.

No. This isn't 2012. A&M won't score 31 points, let alone be up 31-0 at any point. (Although the last time a 2-loss A&M team went to Starkville, they won 38-13) In fact, A&M has not scored more than 26 points against any P5 opponents this season. (26 against Clemson and SC, 24 against Arkansas, 23 against Alabama)

Aggies likely win 10-3 or 17-10.
