Guys like him are the real travesty coming out of A&M. Embarrassing

Let's unpack this, shall we?

What, in your opinion, would constitute behavior befitting an Uncle Tom? His or mine? Show your work.

Follow up question: have you ever read Uncle Tom's Cabin?

You did great work defending the poor black man in this thread. Bravo.

“I’ve experienced more racism here than I had in my entire life,” the 21-year-old junior said on Tuesday, one week after black high school students from Dallas were verbally abused on a tour of the A&M campus.

On 9 February, a white woman allegedly approached several teens visiting the college and asked if they liked her Confederate flag earrings, then other students aimed racial slurs at members of the group of about 60, including the N-word and “go back where you came from”.

You have the power to hold people accountable but you cannot because you would rather be recognized as an Aggie over than being a black man.

I have over 100 accounts of racism at A&M with many people saying they experienced racism at A&M at a higher rate than elsewhere.

You are loss.

Hopefully one day you can figure out how wrong you are.

Defending the minority simply for being a minority is in and of itself racist, no?

Your little nicknames are cute

That's what I've been doing with you.

Now, repent of your racism, sir. I'll think about accepting your apology

Sorry you would rather me define myself by my skin color, Mr. Racist LeBlanc, but I let my character define me instead. Of course I would rather be defined as a Fightin' Texas Aggie, which encompasses an incredibly vast array of cultural backgrounds, than just pigeonholing myself by my own skin color. Life is too rich to limit myself that way.

Hopefully one day you'll understand

Again, sorry it upsets you that I judge myself and others by the content of their character rather than the color of their skin.

If that is wrong, then I'd hate to see what you consider "right."

You’re officially nuts.

FTR most of us identify as Aggies first.
Just the way it is.
