nothing ridiculous in what I said. Everybody knows Auburn paid for Cam. It was money well spent. Wish we had not given Mullen a voice and gone ahead taking care of business. We would have won at least 11 games in 2010. Mistake on our part.

Hundred dollars handshake, huh? Interesting, because that link says he got payed $6,000 just for not visiting another school, got several other cash payments, and had a booster pay the down payment for his car. And he payed back $2,660. Kind of a lot to pay back for a "hundred dollar handshake". No telling what he got paid to sign if that was his payment just for skipping a visit.

And you're right. That's a drop in the bucket compared what yall wanted to pay for Cam. But as far as the NCAA is concerned there is no "and Auburn" in the "situation", bud. This is 'Merica, home of the innocent until proven guilty, and the only school that will ever be proven guilty in regards to the Newtons is Mississippi State.

The thing that pissed me off the most was them firing Hugh Freeze. I was really enjoying the mess he was creating there. It sucks you didn't keep him around a few more years to make it even more toxic.

you obviously don't understand the rules in an investigation. Hes given immunity to tell the truth. IF he lies his career at playing ball is over. They have all the facts prior to getting his testimony, all its about is confirmation. Wake up
