Have any teams asked him if QB doesn't work out if he would be willing to switch positions? If so, what did he reply?
And this is seriously no troll. Nick Marshall won the SEC and entered the draft as a CB and Tebow won the heisman and should've changed positions in order to stay in the league. So there's no shame in it

Nope, Dak is going in as a QB. He's not a dual guy. Watch the QB Camp with Gruden episode and you will learn more about Dak as a QB
ETA: Dak is a better all around QB and has a better arm than both Marshall and Tebow

agree with you on that. And I'll look it up when I get home

Dak won't last as a QB in NFL, offenses not built for him.

He's not coming in as a franchise QB hes going to be a backup learn the pro game and go from there. He is very similar to Tyrod Taylor who had a solid season last fall for the Bills.

I take it you didn't realize that Dak threw for almost 4,000 yds and 30 Tds his sr season at State

Interesting comparison. I now have more faith in Dak ha

Don't be shocked if the Cowboys or Broncos pick him in the 3rd round

Colt Brennan threw for like 6000 yards & 60 TDs one season, doesnt mean he was an NFL QB either.
Dak's running ability sets up a lot of his passing. He wont get to run in the NFL like that, he's not a drop back and pick you apart kind of QB at all. Great college QB but his game just doesnt translate to the NFL.

My best guess is he'll be in the NFL for 5-6 years as a backup for multiple teams, and never really get any meaningful snaps/

NFL QBs are so hard to evaluate so I really never have any idea. I know he will get a shot and hope he does well. The one thing I do believe about QBs like him is its better for them to fall and get in a good situation then going to a team like the Browns earlier. Both those would be good fits for him.

As far as I know, he hasn't worked on any other position. Will he be successful in the NFL? I don't know. I think he has the right attitude, his arm strength is good, his check downs are good. His 2 question marks are under the center, and accuracy where the receiver can only catch the ball. I'm not saying he is bad at it but it does need work. Give him 3 years and he might be alright.

Did you even watch a single MSU game last year? We had no running game and we might as well have started 3 players on the O-Line with their performance. It was also obvious that he improved tremendously on his read progressions and didn't take off and run as much as he had in previous years. I realize as a LSU fan your exposure to good QB play is limited, but don't embarrass yourself with ignorance.

He only had 160 carries in 2015. That includes sacks. You can take away 16 of those against Bama and Ole Miss alone. He focused on being more of a drop back passer this year to the tune of 3800 yards with a 66% completion rate. He can throw the ball.

I saw somewhere that Dak was the 2nd least likely QB to be a bust behind Goff. I think Hackenburg was most likely to no ones surprise.

He's a projected career backup. No shite there's a low chance he busts

You're drunk Doc. Go to bed.

This is true. I am not sure he isn't the best QB in the draft. Goff and Wentz are good but a lot of questions. Know what you are getting with Dak
