State Fans - Hospitality

Everyone has been wonderful to us in Starkville today. Thanks for the hospitality. The folks at the Halfway House however refused to serve us. We are sober so not that. Saw us and two other groups of Aggies fail to be served. Is that their MO? Do they just not want any visitors or are they butt hurt? It really put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable fan base.

I don't like halfway house so I can't vouch for them. glad you liked it though

The 2 or 3 times I have been there the only people that worked there were geaky/goofy types that could care less about football. I call bullshite.

Beautiful women all over Texas, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Nebraska, Mississippi, Kansas, Georgia, Florida, Missouri, Kentucky, Colorado, Tennessee, Alabama, Iowa, and Arkansas.

Texas women can hold there own against anyone but the Midwest portion of the Big 12 leaves a bit to be desired.

Oh yea i know Texas women are beautiful, i was pretty much wondering about outside of Texas....thank you man for the reply.... ...I'm a little worried about the A&M game. I'm just thinking We drop one of the LSU or A&M games.

Mrs Shingo had not one rude comment directed to us at all and we were stuck right in the middle of the west stands with no other ags in sight. Very nice people who were she'll shocked and leaving by halftime

Look. We walked in and directly sat at a dirty table. Waited. Bussed it ourselves. Waited. Asked the waitress for a rag to clean the table and SHE OBLIGED. Cleaned table ourselves. Waited. Got ourselves menus. Waited. Asked the waitress if she would take care of us. She said she would ask the bartender. Waited. Finally decided to leave. During this 20 minutes, two separate sets of Aggies waited at the bar to be served. Not in line. AT the bar. Despite multiple bulldogs being served right next to them, The Aggies never were.
My wife and I both have worked in the restaurant business. My wife in management for several years. Trust me we understood what we saw. It was absolutely not a matter of being too busy. They refused to serve Aggies. FACT.

I've really enjoyed our trip to starkville. All fans have been friendly and welcoming. I hope you guys enjoy college station as much as we have our trip to Starkville (save the game outcome, that can stay just like it is).
