3 untouchable rivalry games in this conference and Auburn is a part of 2 of them. DWI

CLM welcomes the challenge. It's gonna be a rough year, but that makes for a very interesting fall

You can blame Saban for building LSU into a perennial power.

Same article:

Arkansas’ Bret Bielema, who will be making his debut in the SEC next season after coming over from Wisconsin, leans to the side of status quo.

I’m a big believer of if it’s not broke, don’t fix it,” Bielema said.

I believe that ship sailed when we added Mizzou and A&M.

The status quo was 3 cross divisional games.

Status quo no mo.

I would include that game in the list also, just doesn't involve cross-division opponents.

Ideally AU could start playing Florida again every year as well. Great rivalry that was killed for no good reason IMO.

The solution is to go to 9 conference games and the rotation will be fine again.

However, I know that the only solution to keep the LSU fans from pitching a fit about playing UF every year is to do away with the permanent cross games. It's really pathetic to see such a good program fans to be so scared of another.

If they really wanted to have a true rotation then they would do away with divisions all together and rotate all teams every year, maybe let 2 permanent games happen but only as long as LSU can duck out of the UF series. Give LSU vs USC (Les and Stevie could call it the duckie cup) and Ark/A&M

Frick that crap. No one was saying anything when UT and Peyton was dry humping Bama up and down the field. Now that Bama is dominant its such a huge problem and that is b.s.

Also it sounds like Spurrier is scared of having to play A&M every year instead of Ark.

I think the LSU fans are getting fed up with the unfair SEC scheduling for the past two years.

Last year S.Carolina as the pre-season favorite in the East was added to LSU's schedule, and this year Georgia, the pre-season favorite in the East is being added to LSU's schedule.

It looks like a designed attempt to sabotage LSU's run at another SEC Championship to more than just LSU fans.

I see a lot of LSU fans talking shite about how UGA sucks then they turn around and whine about playing us.

I find that amusing.

Or when we add two more team's, assuming they add two teams equal to Bama and Auburn, they can send Bama and Auburn to the east and all rivalries stay in tact. They would need two good teams though and not two basketball schools who happen to play football. I wouldn't mind an OK an OK State. And yes I understand those are not geographical SE teams but with all of this expansion I figure geography is sort of negligible at this point.

9 conference games sucks because of what it does to the number of home and away games in conference.

SEC being stuck with 14 teams is absolutely terrible for scheduling

Say what you want about Auburn, but they at least are consistent and don't bail on their conference when they don't get their way.

You should stick to posting about the SEC and not the Big 12.
