Let them gather all the evidence that they can and then the case can move forward. Just basing this investigation on one video isn't doing the incident justice. Just my thought

Yeah, that's kinda what I was alluding to with my statement about a video showing some guy broke his leg. I guess the video may have been dark or not clear or something to prove that in fact JHill was in the video and the victim was the victim.

I mean, I can agree to a video that I watch. It's like saying, have you seen that video of the dude breaking his leg, yeah, I saw that video. You aren't proving anything other than the fact that the video is real.

And yes, the video is the only physical evidence, but witness testimony is also pretty convincing if it comes from several different people that convey the same story. Like I said earlier, I don't want the only damning piece of evidence be the video. The full story hasn't been brought to light

I was just saying that we don't know that victim didn't initiate it by punching Hill, all we know from the video is Hill doing the punching.

And yeah, it's pretty fricked up for Hill to punch him after he got up. Not defending him there

Exactly, people are focusing on the video too much and Hill's actions. They don't seem to realize that these might be reactions, in defense. All we have is the video that doesn't show the beginning of the confrontation.

Dude, I said that it doesn't show the whole picture. And you are misinterpreting what I said, I said don't let it be a crutch, as in don't rely your whole investigation on it. There are other factors at play in this scenario, and it would be stupid to focus everything on the video.

There really hasn't been anything new come to life. BRPD still has custody of the video

The account that jimi said in the previous thread is that the "victim" came out to the bar, bumped into JHill and his group, and said, "get outta my way n****", and JHill's group responded with, "what did you say?", and the "victim" responded to that with, "you heard me n****".

Now, here is where it gets a little hazy, we don't know what happened. It has been said that JHill punched him in the face after this, it has been said that the victim bowed up to JHill, it has been said that the victim punched at JHill. Who really knows, I wasn't there and it doesn't seem like anyone here was there.

During the fight, some dude pulled out his phone and started recording showing JHill punch the dude and the others beating the shite out of him.

From what has been gathered, the "victim" is a habitual drunk boxer that loves to start shite. This time he got what was coming to him.

The real kicker is that JHill is under probation from a past charge.

The video might be pretty damning, but it doesn't paint the full picture. If we had a video from start to finish that would be different
