Came close a few times after I spit on some AU fans after the UGA game but they walked away like pussies.

No, because ---> LINK.

Basically, the older I have gotten, the more I've tried to rid myself from undesirables. I'll just sit back and laugh at the Alabama tea bagger as he serves his prison sentence or the kook middle aged woman who scaled over the backs of spectators to attack an Oklahoma college student.

You didn't specify "NCAA." Back in 1960-62, when Gainesville High (Florida) played Ocala High, you had to fight your way out of the stadium. You did it or you didn't go to the game. The girls provoked it some of the time.

In Gainesville, late 1950s those simi-assholes finally beat Florida... Then Florida Field filled up, 2-3,000 FSU fans trying to get to the goal posts and lots of Fla students defending them. I was Boy Scout in stands ushering and watched the greatest brawl of all time go on for 15 mins. At least 50 people were knocked cold, many others hurt, cops thought it was funny.

In 2012 at LSU the "screen pass" game, I was wearing red, my sig other, wearing purple and gold (both of us are elders), 4 drunk LSU "students" charged us calling my partner a whore and me a lot of names. Though i was Special Forces in Vietnam, I knew better than to try to fight four 20-somethings when I was 68 years old...so ii picked up a 1x1 stake from a nearby fence and told them good game, LSU should have won, and quickly walked on. Wisdom cometh with age.

One time in early 1970s after kicking the barns rear in the iron bowl in Birmingham, an Aubie drove his car into our group, knocked one of us down, then he and a couple of redneck friends jumped out and wanted to fight. All of us were Vietnam vets and kinda didn't care one way or another about that kind of thing at that time so settled the issue rather quickly.

I do think there was more loose testosterone back then. They are probably putting pussifucation chemicals in the water now...????

Yes I have gotten beat up but not after football. Best thing after football is to sneak up, sucker punch the guy and then walk away fast like that LSU running back did in the bar a few years ago.

At a high school game, yes.

Some drunk Hughes fans (school that Malzahn got his start at) were extremely belligerent. They were getting their asses whipped by Junction City, who was the clear cut favorite to win the state title. On a kickoff, a Hughes player ran straight forward and dove into the kicker's leg, breaking it. The Hughes fans started cheering, words were exchanged. Blows were exchanged. Cops drug the Hughes fans out and put them in jail.

I know we are in the SEC now after seeing this thread. Do we have a bunch of 7th graders on here?

I've been punched and had beer thrown on me during Saints games. I didn't want to spend the night in OPP so I refrained from kicking either of their asses and just let security escort them out..

In fairness, the guy that punched me apologized to me the next home game and said he'd obviously had too much to drink. We shook hands and actually high fived each other a few times over the course of the rest of the season.

There are some really trashy fans in the Super Dome in the terrace. It's the reason why I eventually sold my season tickets. They just seemed to get worse every year for a decade. It got to the point where I was afraid to bring a date because of how the people around me might act.

If it wasn't me it was someone else. Every week it seemed a fight broke out in my section... People drinking WAY too many $9 beers and $18 bloody marys.

No you are not "in the SEC." if you don't care enough about football to fight you are just a Yankee wanna-bee. Another reason Missouri should not have been let in. Heck, they didn't even have enough gonads to secede, yet wanted their damn star on the flag.

Go hold a protest march in Columbia against "violence and the relationship to football." Maybe you can get the football team to join in, boycott the season. The W-L record for MO this year would probably be about the same one way or the other.

Nope.

This is just like crying over a football game played by kids right outta high school. A game doesn't define my self worth as a human being.

People/fans who want to fight after a football game are losers in life.

Random SEC fan: "we kicked y'all's arse."

Me: "lol. Ok loser."

I'm not getting killed over something stupid as a game kids play.

Agreed. If this makes me a safe space whatever, then so be it. Just don't see how spitting on opposing fans and picking fights is cool/fun.

2011 at bama some frat stars were messing with me an my friend (during the game. Hitting us with their shakers etc) He said let's go and they declined. He gets up to go pee and three of them ( so I thought) get up to follow. So I'm like, frick it, I get up to go even it up a little. their girlfriends start grabbing me saying they aren't going after him please don't go start anything. I head out and in the end I don't think they had bad intentions and were begging not to get pummeled. LOL

I did get in a fight after a Saints game with some punks. It got broken up pretty fast as the law was closing in.
