He got kicked off the team for matters that occurred entirely inside of the football program. Never once got in an ounce of trouble with the law while at LSU. I don't care how many tests he failed before they did it, I'm still shocked that it even happened.

Don't get me wrong. I don't have a problem with the way it was handled. Hell I believe pot should be legal. The tax money alone it would raise would help out every state.
I was only stating that we prolly shouldn't joke about failed drug tests at another school. And like I think Tbird said, very few schools really have room to talk.

They arrested a starting linebacker and another member of the team. It's odd that they didn't give him even a misdemeanor summons, but it doesn't really seem like they were sweeping anything under the rug either. Maybe Noil just handled the situation better than the other two and was treated a little better as a result. It happens all the time.

I'd bet on this. I've never understood giving a cop a hard time. Just 'yes sir', 'no sir', would solve a whole lot of problems.

I know cops are bad in CS. Just pretty amazed how pot was being smoked with an open container of booze in the car. Usually that's all it takes for at least a ticket in CS. Certainly convenient for the schwaggies to excuse speedy. If he already has special treatment, he quite the
