I think that's to be expected, though.

Golesh says all the right things and is trying to right the ship, but realistically it's probably not going to happen that quickly.

If they look good in the second half of the season and keep the momentum, he should be able to attract some transfers and start catching up.

-33.5 seems unjustifiably high. I can see Auburn covering that if Golesh is upset about how the offense looked against Baylor and runs it up against lesser competition. I feel like Freeze did that one year and dropped like 77 points against Alabama A&M or something, but also USM ain't Alabama A&M even if they aren't what they were in the 90s.
