At least one analyst does and another from Scout does as well.
Jonathan Crompton's NFL draft stock rises

Read this the other day, He'll be on a NFL roster this time next year no doubt. 4 offenses in 5 years never really gave us an oppurtunity to see how good he could really be.

I do not think that way, but he does have the potential to be good.

TJ I agree and I think he's going to surprise a lot of people at the next level. Unless, of course, he goes to the Raiders where all careers go to die

I'm not sure about Crompton. He made some throws that were damn impressive, but made a lot of decisions that left a person wondering if he was mentally challenged.

Immense amount of talent. That was never the issue, however.

That quarterback might be talented, but I swear I saw him bounce footballs off his receivers' helmets at point-blank range.

This dude will be lucky to make a CFL roster.

He has a better chance of playing in the NFL than any QB on the current LSU roster.

He was 5* #2 QB in the country behind Mark Sanchez. if he had 2 more years in the same system, same coaches he would've been good.

He def. got the Jason Campbell treatment in college.

He got better under Kiffin. He has the tools, i think he needs confidence.

Jevan Snead made more of both.
I'd have traded QB's with UT this year.

Look, this isn't becuase I despise Tennessee, and I'm willing to cop to the fact that, despite my laughing at Crompton early on last year, he has certainly improved enough to go in the later rounds; I just can't see him as the 2nd best QB int he draft. That is all. I am not a scout and have been wrong before.

this is a fail. I don't think he will go before the 6th round.
