Yeah I don't see Sam as having the patience or personality to have to deal with all the politics and drama that job brings along with it. He's too blunt and blue collar for that and having to kiss arse all the time.
Plus with Oklahoma/Arkansas connections I'm sure he probably grew up wiping his arse with burnt orange.

He literally didn't look at the terms of the contract before accepting. Yurachek had to tell him how much he was going to make after he'd already agreed to it.
