Because they voted them out. Don’t be surprised when the SEC and schools have to shell out money for some stupid hasty decision.

What would they even sue for? LSU pays them, not the SEC.

Loss of exposure costing revenue. . .who knows what else lawyers cook up

Lawyers are probably already drooling

NIL brought the lawyers into this

A federal judge isn't some podunk local yocal like y'all and ole miss had. That fricking shite would be laughed at in a normal court room.

Do the players have a contract with guaranteed minimum exposure clauses with the SEC?

Don't need a contract to sustain damages or have liability

Just easier to prove that way

And a federal judge will laugh at those damages. Well assuming the SEC can proved that Kiffin egged on these lawsuits. Although, it's all bs. Y'all aren't getting kicked out any ways.

Are you basing this on something other than hopes and dreams and hate for LSU?

I don't hate y'all at all. Hell, I'm the one of the few pushing back against this stupid shite. But damages will hard.

Sure, it would be hard

Unprecedented cases are usually hard

All I am saying is that they would be heard, especially after the O'Bannons wrecked the NCAA

So you admit they will be hard. The league would just simply drag this shite out, until they bled you dry. The settlement would be pennies on the dollar, which the lawyers would benefit far greater than y'all would. Although, y'all do have a litigious culture. That's why your insurance rates are so fricking high.

LSU has bonds associated with being on the SEC bring that to court alongside then unfair and injust ruling of expelling us when worse situations happened and no recourse happened.

LSU would probably win a decent chuck of change.

LSU players won't sue anyone. They need to go to one of the 15 remaining teams next year if they wish to play in the SEC
