They shouldn't hire Kiffin imo.
Kiffin is a good coach but he won't give 100 percent day in and day out like Saban, Smart or Heupel.
They need to go after Utah's or FSU's coach imo.

Nothing is turnkey in CFB, so replacing Saban could be a struggle.
That said, Dabo would be in the top 3 in recruiting most years at Bama. He'd be a downgrade, but I could see him winning a natty there.
