So out of the top 14 players in Tennessee the Vols did not sign a single player.

I though Heupel was an elite recruiter.

They signed a solid class. But very odd they struggled that bad in-state.

Who said that? We've been worried all year about recruiting. Today was a pleasant surprise.

As for in-state players, I consider those bonus talent. UT has never relied on in-state talent like other schools do.

Not much high school talent in TN anyway, they always relied on other states when they were good.
